1) Receive vendor or customer items. Includes unloading trucks as necessary. 2) Oversee truckers and other external delivery visitors to ensure safety and compliance with EPP policies 3) Count and visually inspect incoming items, comparing to purchase order for accuracy 4) Transact receipts into IQMS against the PO and place items into inventory 5) Use Quality Inspection appropriately as required and maintain incoming cert. library and other paperwork. Communicate inspection needs to QA. Place parts into inventory once inspected. 6) Deliver received goods internally 7) Prepare finished product and other items for shipment per pick ticket 8) Execute inventory transactions to maintain accurate inventory 9) Ship customer orders ensuring accuracy/adherence to procedures and customer requirements including proper documentation (ie. certs, inspection reports, etc) 10) Receive finished goods from production floor and transact into inventory 11) Stage secondary jobs per work orders 12) Manage outsourcing of parts for coating, plating, printing, etc. 13) Ensure box and bag supply levels in the Packaging Stage area are maintained 14) Ensure propane and pallet supply levels are maintained 15) Accurately maintain the inventory conducting physical inventory when necessary 16) Organize and submit daily paperwork for packing slips, bills of lading, and reports for the day 17) Communicate with Engineers and Toolroom regarding status of incoming and outgoing tooling 18) Maintain log of all customer account numbers and LTL carriers, update IQMS as required 19) Enter all RMA’s in IQMS, submit ASN when required by customer 20) Clean, organize, sweep, empty trash/recycling to maintain a clean/safe warehouse 21) Perform tasks as directed by the Manufacturing Manager 22) Work safely following company safety policies 23) Monitor and report shipping / receiving errors 24) Practice good communication and people skills
1) Computer Literate (IQMS systems, Word, Excel). 2) Inventory management and good organizational skills. 3) Fork truck driving skills and safety.
